Exprayeriment # 14 -- Your Personal Anthem

God, help me walk in the world for You today and every day, proclaiming my faith with a
full and grateful heart.

–Michele Morgan

On the heels of the F2 Labor Day playlist, this week’s Exprayeriment is all about the tuneage.

Find a song that is a profound “YES!” for you…an essential anthem that makes you feel like you can do ANYTHING!   :-D

It might be a song that has only recently become relevant or inspiring, or one you’ve carried as a personal leitmotif for as long as you can remember.

Listen to the song every day, and observe how its message evolves for you throughout the week. Does the tune pop in to your head in the middle of a particular experience? Does a conversation you’re having bring to mind a specific line or verse? Do you find yourself humming, or repeating the chorus to yourself at any special time? And whenever, however it shows up, what effect does it have on the moment, and on you?

Combine the song and the prayer above as a point of daily celebration, and then see just how many hallelujahs God can fit in over the next seven days.

Pop into the EHQ comment box and let us know what your song is, and how it showed up for you this week. You can even include a link to the song itself (yes, please!) so the rest of us can share the magic, and maybe even find another anthem for our own playlists.

“Sing aloud the glory of God and charge the atmosphere with divine adoration.”
–Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba

Rawk on, Qrickets...rawk on.
